1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

2 Acceptance of Terms

4 Account Registration

To access the bane77 Services, you must complete the account registration process at bane77.vip. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Indonesia, email address, and mobile phone number.

• Accuracy of Information: You must ensure that all information provided during registration and at any subsequent update is truthful, accurate, and not misleading. Providing false information — including a false name, date of birth, or address — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all funds.
• Account Credentials: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. bane77 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify bane77 support immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account.
• Account Updates: You must promptly update your account information whenever your personal details change. This includes changes to your registered bank account or e-wallet details used for withdrawals.
• Single Account Rule: Duplicate accounts identified by bane77 — whether through matching name, date of birth, address, device fingerprint, IP address, payment method, or other identifying data — will be closed without notice and all associated balances forfeited.

5 KYC & Identity Verification

6 Deposits

The following payment methods are currently supported: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, Bank Permata, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. bane77 does not charge fees on deposits; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges.

• Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount varies by payment method. Please refer to the cashier page for the current minimum applicable to your selected method.
• Processing Time: Deposits via Indonesian bank transfer and e-wallets are typically credited to your bane77 account within minutes of confirmation. Processing times may be longer during periods of high network load or banking system maintenance.
• Own Funds Only: You may only deposit funds that you own legally and that originate from a payment method registered in your own name. bane77 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts.
• Currency: All deposits must be made in Indonesian Rupiah. bane77 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies. Any foreign-currency transfers will be rejected and returned to the originating account.

7 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests from bane77 are subject to identity verification (KYC), wagering requirements on any bonus funds, and the withdrawal limits applicable to your selected payment method. bane77 aims to process all approved withdrawal requests within 5 to 30 minutes during normal operating hours (WIB, UTC+7).

8 Bonuses & Promotions

9 Betting & Gaming Rules

The following general rules apply to all betting and gaming activity conducted through bane77. Game-specific and sport-specific rules are published separately within the relevant sections of the Platform and form part of these Terms by reference.

• Bet Acceptance: All bets are subject to acceptance by bane77 at its discretion. bane77 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet without providing a reason, including but not limited to bets placed at odds that were incorrectly displayed due to a technical error.

10 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bane77 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, macros, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform, place bets, or gain a statistical advantage over other players or the house.
• Engaging in collusion with other players to manipulate the outcome of any game, including live dealer games, Sakong, or Live Dragon Tiger tables.

15 Termination & Account Closure

Either party may terminate the agreement formed by these Terms at any time:

• Player-Initiated Closure: You may close your bane77 account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any real-money balance (net of pending bonus requirements) will be returned to your verified withdrawal method. Accounts with active bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements will have those bonus funds forfeited upon closure.

These Terms & Conditions and all disputes arising from or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with internationally recognised principles of commercial law, as applied by the jurisdiction in which bane77's operating entity is incorporated.
